I was reading adamant's great blog posts when I found multiple comments, some by LGM's, just shitting on him and his blogs for no reason, e.g. by ko_osaga at https://codeforces.com/blog/entry/115164?#comment-1023672, early-morning-dreams under the same post, Xaxixin again under https://codeforces.com/blog/entry/117195?#comment-1036456 and many other examples. I don't understand what these people's intentions are, if it's not your type of posts then why comment? Yes, you might not understand the content, but codeforces is such a big community now that there's definitely many people who are still interested, even if it's remotely related to OI. Back when MiFaFa (jqdai0815) posted his blog on differential equations a few years ago, the community at least respected the post and had (some) constructive discussion below, whereas nowadays it seems that people just shit on others for not much reason. Am I the only one feeling this?
Even worse, there's no block option on CF as far as I know, which means every time I scroll and read I see these people just going "what's the point of learning this".
By the way, if adamant is reading this, I really enjoy reading your posts. As a math enjoyer myself, I love reading your posts since they are usually explained very well. You should try PE830 and PE831 if you haven't, seems like your kind of problem :D

I do shit on adamant's blogs because I don't like them; that's how codeforces works, whenever a person dislikes a blog they shit its author, I experienced it a lot as an author.

Don't forget the part when you do give him feedback after the 300th time he asks for it and he completely ignores the feedback saying "that's how it should be written", "it's obvious" or some variant of those.
Personally I also dislike the blogs because I want to keep codeforces a competition of thinking and not of knowledge (sure, there is some knowledge involved, but the amount of formal knowledge you need to have is far, far less than the average user assumes -- see the classic blog Things I don't know).

You: I liked this problem, but not anymore. I don't want to read pages of text to solve it.
Me: What pages? It's just few equations.
You: Yeah, because you skip 30 steps everywhere.

After which you proceed to taunt me with "30 missed steps" whenever anyone says they don't understand something in my article, although it's usually fixable by adding, like, a single short sentence clarifying some particular detail. Which I do add usually, even if it seems obvious to me, so it's not like I completely ignore feedback, as you say...
I mean, I get it, getting an "I thought it was obvious" reply is annoying, but it's more of an attempt at explaining why something wasn't mentioned in the first place rather than just brushing off the feedback...
Nothing I said about SMP was meant to be useful feedback, more an expression of frustration at how you keep skipping steps in your blogs even after receiving the same feedback from multiple people that they are hard to understand (some of those people a lot smarter than I am).
I gave up on actually trying to influence how you write your blogs about 20 blogs ago...
Because it's not "skipping steps" from my perspective when I write it... I write down as much as I needed myself to be written down to derive some result. After which I need to fill in some gaps retroactively thinking about what additional context would be needed for the reader. It's simply hard to do when you internalized a lot of stuff and don't consciously think about it anymore when applying it...
Algebric manouvers are obvious to the one that does them, but sometimes decyphering which identity was used can be hard. Especially when more than one identity is chained without mentioning how you got to the result.
I also find it a bit disrespectful, even though I understand basically nothing from his blogs. But is CF that hostile? He has posted a huge number of math blogs, likely accumulating hundreds of comments, so a few making fun of him make barely a dent into the number of comments that are serious discussions.
Most of my blogs have minuscule amount of comments, let alone anything resembling serious discussions. I usually only receive serious feedback through DM or by annoyingly asking for it in Discord T_T

I'd ignore early-morning-dreams, he already got banned on Codeforces as rotavirus and is actively trying to get banned again ;)
