When I looked at a good programmer first problems I found that they really solved a hard problem so should I do like that and solve so hard problem for me ? and how I can solve those problems ?

I think the best way to practice is solving hard problems but ... If the problem was super hard i think you should learn it from the tutorial or ask any friend to help you and good luck.

      While it is fun challenge and one needs to practice thinking for themself, the average human today is smarter than all ancients greats thanks to learning quicker from collective knowledge. Why wouldn't you take insights from others to adjust yourself for future when stuck...

        When I find myself stuck I just keep thinking of the problem and eventually I solve it. and with the right amount of thinking anyone can solve any problem. Also I'm not saying that I don't take insights from others. Every time I solve a problem I read the editorial and see my friends and other people's solutions in hopes to find a better/faster solution than mine or to find some useful optimization.
