I am a beginner in Codeforces . I had a query whether multiple successful submission for the same problem during contest is considered as penalty . In the recent contest , i solved the question in 30 mins but i am ranked with the ones who have solved the question in 1 hr 30 mins . standings

Only the latest submission for a problem is used. All previous submission gets "Skipped" verdict, so it doesn't matter whether they are correct or incorrect.
