The only "wrong" thing you are doing IMO is that the quality of your videos aren't that good yet(again IMO). But you have just started, so you will improve hopefully. All other accusations are incorrect.

I happen to be in the community, which the decision to write that accusation blog took place, with all of those "exposers". (I was not part of that conversation tho)
I asked them what did you even do wrong, which I found none in the original accusation blog.

I liked the DP video you had, because there you took a very high rated question i.e 2000+ level and explained it in a very simple and elegant manner, which is really a big thing for mere specialists like me. I think it's better if you upload concept videos a lot because being taught by a grand master is the main selling point for your channel and you are at a similar level (in terms of concepts) to great youtubers like Errichto and Colin_Galen. It would be better if you do contest videos on your own for sometime and then take up fellow trusted friends to do some contests for you, but the main problem solver to upload in contests should be you yourself.

But Aryan also respects his own channel, doesn't want to leave his own channel for Shayan's. Shayan tries to offer him compensation as much as he can, but Aryan already earns much better and doesn't want to work for him for money. Instead want both channel to grow.
Shayan Goal: No competition, everything in his channel for everyone's benefit.
Aryan Goal: Splitting competition by mutual agreement.
Message to Aryan: He didn't say he'd crush you with his high quality content. Instead, he strongly believes that his channel growth will harm yours, hence asks you to join him.
