Invitation to the cheaters haters club

Hi Codeforces

Recently, fraud cases have increased a lot

So I created Cheaters haters club

I would like to invite you to join me

It's not just an organization you put in your profile

By adding it to your file, you express your dissatisfaction with cheaters, and when some cheaters find themselves hated to this extent, they will think again before cheating.

It will not prevent cheating, but I think it will reduce it if it spreads widely

I also created a Cheaters haters club (Discord server)

Possible cheaters can be reported, and we can help in reporting them on a blog at codeforces

    there is a point of this, cheaters should be taught a lesson

    being good is necessary, every non-cheaters are trying to being good. You know in recent contests even Div2E solution gets leaked.

    Suppose someone started cp and can solve div2A, after some weeks/months after hard working they can solve div2B, and after a long time they can solve div2C. You know what? They deserve some rating and that will give them motivation to push forward.

    A non-cheater entered a contest, started solving a problem. He read the problem, sketched/wrote it in paper to solve and after some time, they are seeing that a lot of cheaters are ahead of them. So, until they are skilled like blue/purple/yellow, how can they should just rely on being good?

    Cheaters should be banned forever. They crushes spirit of the hard working programmers.

      I agree, cheaters should be in fact banned forever. But thats not easy since people will always find a way to cheat.

      You are saying that cheaters might slow down deserved rating progress, but they cant stop someone from getting better at solving harder problems faster while practising which is imo real progress and has very high correlation coefficient with rating.

        This is absolutely true, but it would be great if the number of cheaters decreased a little

        Sometimes you feel frustrated with your progress and then find that everyone around you is cheating

          cheating will never stop until the motive from doing it stops, as long as we care about colors (and we will never stop caring, so as long as colors exist), cheating will never stop, people literally spend real money for internet points in games so they can brag, same case here, but different setup

i don't want to be that guy but y'all always use cheating as a title to farm contributions, yes cheating is bad and what not but c'mon if you saw someone cheat just report him, this is just absurd

    If I want contributions, I can post anything like (I cannot reach the student), but that is not the case.

    But if it really bothers you, you can just ignore it

Eventually , you'll fall in love with solving problems and your rating will just be a number. I would say Keep up solving , learning is far more rewarding than any rating after a certain point.

bro I did cheating on my last account and i realised that when i did cheating I cannot able to solve the problem which I can solve if i spend time on it in the contest because my mind always thinks to get sol from anywhere so I will request pls don't cheat
