OIs with tests and english statements

I started searching for various OI problemsets so I could make myself I couple of contests so far I've only found: IOI, CEOI, Balkan/Baltic OI, Open JOI, POI, COI and USACO.

But the sad thing is that I've already seen most of the problems from the previous contests like IOI or COI.

Do you have any other contests to suggest?

P.S. Anything with an English statement and testdata would do :D

"But the sad thing is that I've already seen most of the problems from the previous contests like IOI or COI." — I assure you that if you are able to do majority of problems from POI then you should become red :P (don't treat this as a "magic rule" how to become red, I was rather stating something like "POI is sufficiently hard and I don't believe that all those problems do not create sufficiently large problemset to you")

    I know POI is tough, I'm simply expanding my options :D the more the better :D
