So poor is the English translation that it messed the meaning of the problems of #147,especially 237D - T-decomposition.

Look at this sentence:_Let's define the cardinality of node xi as the number of nodes in tree s, containing in the node._ The "containing" should be changed to "contained".

What's more, this sentence:_There are obviously many distinct trees t, that are T-decompositions of the tree s._ It is quite abnormal to add "," ahead of "that".

As a result, these would mess the meaning and make our understanding difficult~

Same feeling. If there were not so many mistakes, this problem would be quite a simple problem. But now, people who solved D was less than who solved E.

Heh... I think it is worth to note that CodeForces provides its services for all users for free. I think it is close in concept to "non-profit organisation".

Contests are prepared by small group of people who already have other full-time occupation (either job or studying in high-school etc.)

Are you going to blame the administration for minor flaws (especially this nasty comma before 'that' — being Russian myself I understand the translator well — in Russian comma before 'that' is required almost always, unlike in English).

Or maybe I am wrong and you are going to propose your assistance in improvement of problem statement style and cleaning typos. If so, I think it would be much better to address to administration (by private messaging).

I am sorry for mistakes and typos in this message

P.S. I know there happen some worse problems with contests sometimes — like errors in authors' solutions etc. However authors and administration could prepare each of contests more thoroughly, putting more time to it and gathering more people — but then they are asked by users about "why there are so few contests in future month???"
