i am stuck in grey for last six months . someone please provide me a way of practice so that i can become blue or at least cyan

Solve a lot of problems. If You didn't do it read the Editorial of problems. There are good videos on youtube(about CP, improvements, Competitions, Web Sites, How to Start...).

      I am shocked, too. But Errichto says "Don't waste your time if you couldn't find the solution in a short time(30 or 60 minutes)" in his "How to Become Red Coder" video.

            Its possible to still have ideas after 1 hr or have none after 30 min, he meant u should stop 30 mins after having 0 ideas to try
