Is my account hacked?

Sorry for taking your important time. I was trying to log in using my phone and it was giving wrong password even if i entered the correct password. I saved my account information in my laptop, so i got logged in here. As someone gave new password(I guess), and i dont know that. how to recover the old password??

    I dont know the new one! how can i do that without the old password option??
