If you were in my rating, then what would you have done to reach specialist? (see my rating graph first)

I would start practicing the theory,

For example, you should learn binary search algorithm and Two pointers!

But I solved many problems using both topics.

If you see your statistics here, you would see that the amount of solves are mainly <= 1400, which are infact doesnt really the implementation of a particular algorithm in most of the cases. So I would say that you should start looking for problems that are out of comfort for you, which would help expand your mind. Also as the other comment said, You should learn theory and not just that, you need to solves good questions of these problems inorder to grasp the exact idea that what is actually going on in the algorithm.

When I started, Atcoder Beginner Contest really helped a lot and also Virtually participating in the Div 3 contest would be good for you.

You should start learning algorithms, than practicing in CF's problemset.

You need to solve problems which are out of your comfort and with random tags, that will be the best thing, that you an do

You should solve C problems from div2 contests! Or just open problemset and find with difficulty around 1500-1600. You should also learn binary search algorithm, two points and algorithm on graphs, for example top sort

Also how to increase speed for A and B problems in Div.2 ?? like how can I solve A and B very fast so that I can give more time for C during contests. should I learn new DSA like graphs dp etc.or should I first practice more problems in range 1300-1500 (require basic problem solving and observation skills) to become a specialist.
