I don't know if this helps or not, but writing correct code and logic surely does, try that instead. And even if your code escapes hacking, it would fail on main tests anyway.

    1)No, that is not true. See this. I hacked one of the people I know and I am the only one who did that. If he didn't get hacked in contest, he was gonna pass system testing(I also made 12 other people to fail the same test).

    2)Adding useless comments everywhere is called obfuscation and it is not allowed as stated in rule 16 here. But if a useless comment is made only once in the beginning(not spammed everywhere), I guess it is allowed.
