Not sure about grandmaster, but because LGM rank was released about six years ago, multiple people received the rank at the same time. I'm positive tourist was one of them, but I'm not sure about the others.

P.S. This is "rating >=3000", which is different from "legendary grandmaster" because the required rating for LGM has changed before.

    From the 2nd video, we can quickly conclude that tourist was indeed the first person to reach 2600, not that it was the same kind of number in 2011 as it is now. Also first to reach 2400.
