Sometimes in the middle of night.

I just woke up suddenly due to the fact i am not able to solve a problem in my dreams(after trying all my tactics) and that problem wasn't even a real problem(I just made up something in my dreams).

Is it normal or Do i have to consult a doctor?

Yesterday night I could not sleep because I was solving a problem in my dreams (LOL) this mostly happens after a contest and it is perfectly normal it's like watching a good movie or TV series and getting dreams about it.

I had this on my first maths camps. Nightmare about some equation or problem (I think it was something with modular arithmetic or a diophantine equation). It seemed like, the problem is there, it exists, but I can't grasp it exactly, I can't solve it. Just me and the problem that doesn't want to leave my mind. I attributed this to a stress situation, because I was young (13?) and it was my first camp with a group of people who all really liked maths an I felt not on par with them.

Do you maybe feel stressed by something lately?

If your nightmares persist and are a burden to you and hinder your sleep, I think contacting a doctor is a very good first step.

You were solving Modular Arithmetic at 13? Damn. I was watching Power Rangers at that age.

I always dream about the problem which I couldn't solve especially at noon time. And sometimes it is scary. But I think it is normal since I devote too much time to CP. I will suggest to spend some time outside playing your favorite sports.

At some point in time (right when I actually started learning some advanced stuff), algorithms started crawling into my usual nightmares.

I too have experienced this thing,

When I learning a new concept and stop it because I have to get to sleep.

In my dreams, I am always excited that, tomorrow I am gonna learn some new stuff, At that time I get Algorithmic nightmares.

Guys, you can learn lucid dreaming and practice CP in dreams. You spend around 1/3 part of your life in sleeping, don't waste this time! That's the secret revealed — how people get red in 400-500 problems.
