No Div 1 contest for 2 weeks

As you see last Div1 contest was on 15 Oct. Next one is not yet scheduled, it has been around 15 days, isn't this delay unusual?. What are the reasons behind this delay??

      If it is Div2 D, then I can propose few good problems :)

In Russia and nearby countries the end of October is a time for subregional contests.
