Ratings are still roled back

Hello codeforces.

Ratings of the Round #740 Div1 are still rolled back, and they have not been returned for about 20 hours (as far as I know). Isn't it a bit unusual? Since in previous rolling backs rating had been return in a few hours, whereas in this contest ratings are rolled back for about a day.

I would also like to tag tourist (as the author) and MikeMirzayanov (as the administrator) in case they have useful information to share with us.

In the end of this blog, I wished to ask way happens to your rating when a contest coincides with the rolling backs? For instance, if a contest is supposed to be unrated for you but because of rolling backs it is not, will you be unrated in the contest after the ratings have returned?

You can use carrot/cf predictor...what's your problem?

    Actually the problem is I don't know how participation in a contest which coincides with the rolling backs affects my rating. For instance you can take Round #741 as an example. Before the rolling backs, the contest was supposed to be unrated for me, but then I was dropped down to candidate master, and since I wasn't so sure about what would have happened if I had participated, I had to dismiss the contest.

      Similar situation, opposite case. I dropped to CM in #740, rolled back to M, gave #741, and am back to CM of the #740 without rating changes of #741. Weird stuff. Actually, just a bad time to roll back before another contest.

      Although fair enough, since I could see "Out of competition" while attempting #741 and had slacked off quite a bit assuming it's unrated.

Great, now the rating of #740 is returned, but I'm unrated in round 741 div 2, this is kinda unfair, tagging MikeMirzayanov and Wind_Eagle to help.

    Something strange happened with my rating. It is updated on the graph of my profile, but it's not really updated because my color keeps unchanged and the number on left of my profile picture keeps unchanged too.

    my rating changed after 741 judging by my rating to 740. I was given -7, although most likely codeforces should have added about 4

Hi, I beleive rating was calculated based on the rating of previous to VK cup round. Now my current rating is 2103, max is 2086 and candiddate master. Wow
