Hi ! I sometimes I'm not able to solve div 2 A problems in a contest and in atcoder also C. I want a suggestion how do I improve I should solve More div 2 A or atcoder C problems. Thanks.

Solve more div 2 Bs instead, and try more Atcoder Cs too. You should check editorial after around 15-30 minutes of getting stuck.
Solve div2 C and D. And write solutions for all 800-1600 problems you see (maybe with editorial). I think cf is not right place to start cp.
P.s. because Russian school Olimpiads and cf rounds are different.
