If u go through the rankings list of the last round. You can find SO MANY newbie accounts with highly obscufated codes. These are accounts belonging to a single person. Can anything be done about this? Edit: not just newbies, but specialists and pupils too. I would say there are atleast 100 of them if not more.

I think its high time codeforces needs a manual reporting system. A 'trust' measure can be given to each user to anticipate the seriousness of their reports.

i think that the only way to solve this problem is to remove crowdforces verification via codeforces.

Another way of dealing with the bot problem is adding a new requirement to register in crowd forces, a date requirement. Let's say: the account must have been created in October/2021 or before.

There are also conventional ways like captchas before entering a contest/submitting, two-factor authentication, etc. The only problem is that those things worsen the experience for legit users.

I believe that the easiest way is to put restrictions on account dates to join crowd forces. That way, this problem should stop unless they have thousands of old CF accounts (unlikely).

I see I was on place 1400 when the contest ended now I am 1000. I think there was definitely something done about them?

the rank of a friend of mine changed from 4300+ to 3600++. Just shows how many bots are getting really good ranks hampering progress of real users.

Same thing happened to me , I was ~1450 and ended up at ~1100 . I am surprised that a large amount of the users above me were cheaters or bots . This is alarming.
