Hello I am new to codeforces but as in post it is mentioned that div 3 rounds are rated only for those who has has rating less than 1600 but in last div3(629)round , there are few people who has rating greater than 1600 and their rating is been updated . As an example peter112358. MikeMirzayanov sir please look into matter.
