I have some ideas for problems to make a round with a master one but i need a coordinator to talk with .

Hello world . I need to know what is the requirements to make a round in codeforces and am I need to be rated to make a contest or not . And is there any rewards for making contests or not . And how can I make a round in codeforces. I know polygon and I can make checkers and full problems.
