Why newbies copy others code for >3000 rated problems

Hi codeforces. Recently I have just noticed that many newbies copy others people code of problems rated higher than 2500-3000. I have some examples, and I don't it's by rules to copy others codes.

Lakibaja : first code Acanikolic73 : second code Andrijanikolic73 : third code

These three codes are exactly same(LazarNikolic submitted it in like 2 mins(he usually can't solve more than 2 problems on div4)

That submission was copied from tenkei : him code

I just think it's not ok to do that(I think like 3-4 days ban will be good thing for this people)

    You think it is ok to just have a lot of submissions either u are noob? I don't think so. It doesn't bother me but please think about it.

I think it's ok. Clicked to their profiles, I found that they solved a lot of problems and worked very hard. Maybe they just dream of becoming LGM one day.

It doesn't change their rating, so it shouldn't matter. To change their rating they'd have to come upon with their own code

Why unrateds post useless blogs?

Hi codeforces. Recently I have just noticed that many unrateds post useless blogs. I have some examples, and I don't think it's by rules to post such useless blogs.

This blog is useless.

I just think it's not ok to do that(I think 100 years-eternity ban will be good thing for this man)
