[petition] To change the upvote/downvote system

I think MikeMirzayanov sir should change that system and make upvote/downvote changable like that in reddit where people can change their vote from upvote to down vote and vice versa or they can undo the vote. This is necessary because we can mistakenly upvote/downvote something.
