There is an issue with my Codeforces. And I want to ask for some help.

I'm in UTC+8 zone, and this is the time displayed on the footer:

It is correct.

But when I look at others' submissions in practice mode, it is not in UTC+8, but seems like UTC+3.

Note that in participating mode, the time displayed is the delta between the submission time and the start time. It is also correct.

Does anyone have the same issue as me that others' practice submitting time was displayed unmatched with your time zone?
