Petition to change the normal starting time of contests

Change the normal starting time of contests to 18:05 UTC+8 please, so that every Chinese will be able to participate and there will be more Chinese LGMs. Otherwise, many people cannot stay up and need to refrain from participating. Thanks!

Unfortunately, with time-zones theres no solution that makes everyone happy. If we changed the starting time to 18:00 UTC+8 no one in america would be able to participate, and most people with jobs or who study in Europe would not be able to participate. One thing that might be good is to give more variability in the starting times, so that maybe no every contest starts at the same time, but even that would put a lot more work on the CF team, and would mean less contests for euros and americans.
