Аfter the rating change, Zhou Kangyang is now officially going to be the highest rated programmer in the world!
I am very happy to congratulate him with this achievement! It's just out of this world, because he was born in 2007!
But the main purpose of this blog, sadly, is not to congratulate him. You all know about the rule that says that you are not allowed to have more than one account, and Zhou Kangyang has two of them in top-10: "zh0ukangyang" and "orzdevinwang" are both his accounts.
Now, as you all know what's happening, let everyone draw their own conclusion.
Why? You upset me a lot. I'm disappointed in you.
Worst part is that, in his own words, he has little chance to qualify to IOI.

If top 1 on codeforces does not think he can make it into the team, then how strong can those that make it be?
In fact, he has basically become a member of the ioi2024 Chinese team.
