long long queues

is it only me or codeforces queues, recently, have been huge for others as well?

UPD: its officially been an hour since my submission

UPD2: My solution has been judged now.

UPD: Queue again :\

UPD: I hope that MikeMirzayanov can look into it. It's the 3rd consecutive day that this is happening.

I think either the judges are overloaded (too many submissions?) or it's broken. Nobody seems to be getting a result for their submissions on the "status" page.

my submission in in queue since 10 minutes

It seems that for some reason a lot of submissions since 15:16 UTC get into endless queue. For example, here

My assumption is that

  1. Either there is an error on codeforces servers that made judges offline.

  2. Or there is a problem with very big amounts of tests and high time limit and someone used that to send a group of submissions that take very long time to test. I recently saw a problem with ~80 tests. If someone would make their code to run slightly below 1 second and get the correct output, it would take a minute for a single judge to process the submission.

The idea behind the ladder version might be wrong since i don't know how codeforces judges work internally

    I suggest you to try and find submissions that are being judged right now, maybe we can spot malicious activity.

      I deleted my post about this situation. It is mostly because it was getting down-voted, but is that really what you are going to do while the main part of Codeforces is not working?
