Separate Top Contributors list for English version of site (suggestion)

Currently Top Contributors List is the same for English (international) and Russian version of the site.

As sweiss pointed out (here), this means that English-speaking users may see here users without slightest idea what is contributed by them. Especially if most of user's contributions consist of good old Russian Humor instead of programming-related stuff :)

Suggestion:

This should not be hard to build separate contributors list filtered by only English posts and comments and show it on the English version of the site.

This should be more "foreigner-friendly", I think, since this will give some English-speaking contributors a chance to get to this top...

    I eagerly want to go down from there since Bredor gets higher. He greatly discredited this list... :)
