Please help me login in Topcoder Arena. When I try to login, I got Application blocked by Java security?

maybe your java version is old ... update it

same problem i faced , here's the fix -

  • if u are using windows then go to start(that native windows icon!)
  • type configure java hit enter
  • now go to security tab click on add exception site
  • now copy+paste this url — ** http://www.topcoder.com **
  • hit ok, now again open the applet and voila! u are in

This fix works for any java version

    use "javaws -viewer" command to bring up Java control panel/ java control panel.

    It works in cmd(windows) / terminal (linux)
