I've created a team and had invited 2 friends to join  it and they joined it after I have registered the team and before the contest started. But they couldn't submit during the contest, only me.

Maybe it's a feature. ACM rules says that only one computer is allowed for a team.

    I don't think so, as it should be an online ACM-Style contest not an onsite one.

        I think ACM-ICPC rules (in Codeforces) means contest rules but not the environment ones too. And if both, could contestants enter individually? Could teams have number of members other than 3?

        I think CF ignores some ACM-ICPC rules cause it isn't an official or rated contest.
