Can't register because reCAPTCHA is shutdown

Hello Codeforces. In our school teacher said us to create Codeforces account and we can't create it because of the reCAPTCHA:

First account created on each computer doesn't need a captcha, but any further do. Please fix it soon. MikeMirzayanov KAN.

I think if you just click submit, it will let you register.
