Something wrong with timeline of rating

There are some problems with timeline of rating after last contest (Codeforces Round #643 (Div. 2)). This affected a small part of the participants (I only looked for the first places). For some reasons, the beginning is 1970 now.

It's funny that the rating can break through the right wall and appear on the left.
