Hii, I am getting bored using the vs code and thus was trying to shift to vim as it is more basic, fast etc. I need somewhat clean, basic .vimrc file if someone can give.. even tips are needed to get more use to it and get more of vim.

Start with an empty one. Then find what additional features you need and extend it step by step.
To be honest, I didn't find vim to be that life changing. If you're thinking that just switching to vim will give you a tremendous speed boost after getting acquainted, then it's probably gonna be disappointing for you.
If you want a simple, fast and reliable editor to use, go for sublime text 3. It's way faster than vscode and has all the basic features that you'll need for competitive programming.
PS: This is just personal opinion though.
