I have just known about google kickstart . I have noticed that it is said , Google may offer job or internship through google kickstart performance . But , how much well one has to perform to get this ? I meant anyone in this community got interview offer from this ? What rank you achieved ?

The problem is people like you don't understand my point. My point is if google were serious about hiring through kickstart, they would've checked plagiarism. Since they don't check, I highly doubt they would consider Kickstart as hiring competition. If you don't know, google has it's own hiring challenge which is proctored. You can perform well in that to get shortlisted for the interview.

If you are consistently in top 100,then there are good chances but never assume anything. Don't take it as hiring challenge. Give it for your enjoyment. Secondly, Google has its own hiring challenge which is proctored. You can perform well in that to get shortlisted for the interview.

You're Welcome! I believe if you do it for the purpose of enjoyment, you'd get much better rank than if you do it for the purpose of job/intern. Choosing the first path will ultimately get you job/intern without doing any effort. I hope people understand me. :)
