Finally ARC comes back...
I think ARC is suitable for people with rating between 2000 and 2200 on CF because ABC is a bit easy for them and AGC is a bit difficult. So it's really a delight to see the return of ARC.
Anyway, I would like to know what is the reason behind the disappearance of ARC for two years. Can anyone tell me?

Currently, the bottleneck of holding ARC contests are the last (most difficult) problems. We are in short of high-quality problems of current ARC-F difficulty, and that's why ARCs are not frequent recently. I write the reason why ARC had been disappeared, as a Japanese contestant (there are information which I has been caught on Twitter).
This is translation of a tweet from the admin, "We has been stock many (old)ARC-D, and few (old)ARC-F, and we had used use the same number of them. Then, there are a lot of ARC-D in the stock now. So, we'll serve mainly them."
Then, I think they stock ARC-F for some contests sponsored by some company, and there are no margins to hold usual ARC.
