If someone would end up at around 2100 rating at codeforces with some valuable projects at resume, what are the chances of getting a referral to a tech company? P.S. : I am asking from the context of Indian subcontinent, and I am really confused whether CP + Projects would be ideal for a student to get referred at big tech companies?
