What happened to contribution?

What is happening? Some people have different contribution in their profile and in Top contributors. Some people are 5-10 lower than in top, but some are about 30 points less that usual. That can't be real contribution change in like 15 minutes. I think this is bug, but when it will be fixed?

I was +29 yesterday, today I’m +36 and my last activity/comment was about 3 weeks ago. For a moment, I thought it was because I messaged a red account for my first time xD

UPD: now contribution in top and in profiles are equal. Will it be fixed?

Deal with eventual consistency I guess (Common in cache memory) !

Also the top rated leaderboard doesn't have any items.

It seems to be ok because of caches.

      I'm pretty sure that it's complicated to deal with it without performance issues appearance.
