Does anyone know any competitive programmers in Vanderbilt University? I am a junior engineering student from Vanderbilt. I tried hard to find someone who is also interested in ICPC, but I didn't really find any teammate after my original teammates retired. Currently, there are only 3 Vanderbilt retired users on codeforces.com. This is very disappointing. I thought Vanderbilt should have some other competitive programmers as other peer institutions did. If anyone know who is in Vanderbilt and have basic competitive programming knowledge(graph, dp, binary search, greedy), please contact me.Former contestants of NOIP, USACO .. e.t.c. are prefered. Thanks! There will be reward for the recommendations!

I don't think that you can get a teammate by writing a blog on CF. If you want to increase CP culture in your college, you(apparently the best coder in your college) should increase the awareness about it. Start with your peers, motivate them to do competitive programming. Juniors will also start when they'll see seniors. Try to start a coding club in your college, where people can discuss the algorithms and questions.

This way, by the time of qualifiers, maybe you can get someone with experience in cp and even if you don't get one, your college's participation in future contests will increase.

Thanks for your advice! Actually, I am planning to establish a CP club.

However, I am currently at my home outside US because of covid pandemic travel restrictions and probably will keep doing so for next semester. So my only chance before retire is ICPC next year. I want to make the club a gift or legacy for my school, but I am not sure about career of myself at current time.

Again, thank you for your advice.
