Hi guys, Since I have very tight schedule of my work therefore I am unable to register for rounds happening here at codeforce, so i just wanna know, is there any way in which i can come at any time solve some problems , upload code if accepted will yield me points ?

You can use "virtual participation". It is the way to practice the contest at any time whenever you want.
You can do it by choosing "virtual participation" on the "CONTESTS" page.
But it can yield your points.
If what you're asking about is rating, then the answer is no. Rating only changes when you register and participate in contests, rated for your division. Any other way (virtual participation, problemset solving etc.) don't affect rating, since you can view the problems earlier, so there's no real time limit.

What points are you talking about?
Rating is changed after each contest you participate in. If I'm not mistaken, default rating if 1500.
