Get out of your comfort zone. Suppose you can solve problems with 1000* average. Then try problems within the range of 1100*-1400*. Practice more and more. Don't look into the editorial at the first place. If your code gets AC, look at the editorial again. Gather ideas, discuss. And grab a cup of coffee
