Those who are downvoting, does this hurt you in some way, does mislead the community or something, you find this thing completely fair practice?

Because it's impossible to understand what the point of your blog is. All I see is a list of job postings. It's not clear what difference you're talking about, nor what exactly is unfair here.

Further, Codeforces is not a job hunting website, this post is simply irrelevant.
