I was looking at yesterday educational round standings and saw a new submission on problem c which i never submitted, i checked the solution it was someone else solution submitted after contest but it shows that this mine, and i noticed this happening many times for me some problems i never solved have some submissions from my account, is there's a reason for this or it's just a visual bug?

Please can i get an explanation for this? i want to know if my account is accessed by someone else or it's a server problem
