flows ... Students Initiation
Hi
in this problem Students Initiation I tried to use binary search then max flow ... I got TLE, franky it makes sense actually to get a TLE.However, anyone can help me understand how can it be solved without using binary search?(or provide link to this technique [it seems popular btw])
