It’s our pleasure to invite you to participate in this year’s **Hitachi Hokkudai Lab. & Hokkaido University Programming Contest on Future autonomous distributed city development**. The contest is jointly sponsored by Hitachi Ltd. and Hokkaido University. It is a marathon-type contest which will last for one month and takes place as follows:↵

_Due to the recent spread of COVID-19 infection, we have decided to postpone the date of the contest. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated._↵

The contest provides problems related to multi-objective and spatio-temporal optimization in uncertain environments. The contest consists of two problems A and B. The winner of each problem will receive 100,000 JPY, and 300,000 JPY, respectively. Registration has opened and is available through the following websites:↵
