The rating displayed by the system in the "novice bonus point mechanism" is different from that used in the calculations. While you had a displayed rating of 1569 before the contest, your "real" rating was 1569+150+100+50=1869, while the user you mentioned had 1848 rating before the contest. Thus the difference.
