its up to you how much you can solve in a day, more likely dark green is minimum i think...

You shouldn't feel guilty if you skip competitive programming for one day. Just solve problems whenever you want. If you solve problems unwillingly (e.g., you are too sleepy and you can't think, or you want to do something else), you end up not learning anything.
