A few years ago, div2 C difficulty was around 1600 — 1800, recently, it has been around 1200 — 1400.

Is it because of the great progress in people's levels? of course not.

The main reason is the cheaters.

I admit that their cheating doesn't affect me or some others, but what about beginners?

I found too many cheaters in the last edu round (also C) with a 100% identical submissions, I waited for them to be skipped but nothing happened! This the main reason I'm writing this blog. So, MikeMirzayanov please do something.

This is one round of many rounds of cheating!.. There's a lot of beginners getting frustrated about this, and I'm one of them!,should be actions be taken with cheaters.

Cheat without reading constraints :( Bros don't cheat, you will end up like Mhmd_Bakr or mohamedbakr banned. :( I know this blog will be downvoted by cheaters, Don't worry, Mr.heap will upvote you. This account UP is worth 20 or something. xD

I pity leetcode for suffering this cheater bakr submissions xD

i think its kinda depressing that solving C would do any good to them. Maximum they'll reach specialist. Nothing more. At some point they'll stop doing that or not. But hey, who cares about them anyways ;)

Exactly! I didn't find C so easy to solve, but it was solved by 3000+ people during the contest.

Probably, an action will be taken, but I wonder if it's that hard to catch up the cheaters. I have an idea; I have no clue if it's hard or easy, but we can put some limits. For example, Div2 C, Div3 D-E, Div4 E-F. Once a problem gets a significantly increased number of people solving it, they may recheck identical submissions during this period. It may work.

One more cheater whose solution is exactly the same as above. https://codeforces.com/contest/1925/submission/243634602 I would request the contest authors to ban or skip their submissions.

    YES!! This is actually too funny and happened before xD I even sent a private message to one of Mhmd_bakr friends warning him of Bakr's fate. Because he cheated an FST solution for B, and got TL XD. I don't know why this organization of Mhmd_Bakr contains lots of cheating.

My frustration is unbearable , im 4 points away from! This means i would have probably been pupil without those cheaters , and sadly im definitly not the only one who experienced this.
