This is indeed cheating. Sometimes fair use of GPT for understanding problem statement or debugging is fine but you've directly asked for solutions !
You might want to read this blog if you haven't already https://codeforces.com/blog/entry/8790 It falls completely under the second exception "The code is generated using tools that were written and published/distributed before the start of the round." It is nowhere mentioned that we cannot completely copy the code generated by a tool which has been made public before the contest.
Clear cheating.
