How can you count the number of hacks for each color? For example, I made one successful hack, I was red and the defender was orange. Was this hack count for red or orange?

You have made successful hack being red, so the "Hacks" column value for reds is incremented.
If your victim could not find any solution after your hack, the "Hacked" column value for oranges is incremented.
