I am facing a lot of trouble as now a days editorials of contest are published in russian language... Writers should know that this is not a russian contest but a world level contest. So editorials should be in English and not russian...

Which of recent contests do you mean? At least last five of them (133-138) have editorials in English, I have just checked. (Did you try switching the language?)

You can always open the page in Google Chrome which auto translates the page into English .
but the translation is not appropriate...
Almost all rounds have editorials English. But I would love to see some more effort put in translating, sometimes (not that often though) even problem statements are written in bad English.
You'd better write Delinur in such cases — she usually translates statements to/from English
