My rating is usually about 2000~2100. I think I can get higher if I can solve difficulties 2200~2500 in contest and upsolved it for 10 month.

But it is still too hard for me to since it passed 10 months, and I'm just hanging around 2000~2100. What can I do? Is just upsolving is not a correct way?

Maybe take part in combined division rounds? Then you can easily grab rating from div 2s.

It is good for 2000, but it is not that easy for 2100

Alternatively, since you are from KAIST, you could ask ko_osaga to participate with your account XD.

Do you learn new things. Are you better than you were a year ago? If yes then don't worry and it's a matter of time before you get orange. And maybe you care about the rating too much and thus you perform poorly when you are close to achieving your goal.

Totally agreed, for a long time, I've been thinking being Master/GM required some extra advanced logic applying skills, but now when I am unable to solve a question, it turns out to be a new concept.

Not sure I'm qualified to answer, but I'll try anyways. After seeing this, I tried doing some Atcoder and Topcoder contest alongside. They were interesting and I think I improved. So maybe train on other sites as well?
