Internship Opportunities in Cryptocurrency?

Hello Codeforces!

I'm a 3-rd year undergraduate student currently located in the UK and I'm seriously thinking about the possibility of doing an internship in cryptocurrency (based in UK or China or even elsewhere) next summer.

I've been doing theoretical computer science or more specifically computational complexity for the most of the last year (mostly reading papers), and thus I'd like to do more about the more theoretical aspects of cryptocurrency (not "general engineering").

Can anyone please provide some information or insights? Thanks!

From my experience, you could try starting by entering competitions on Gitcoin and if you do well, I'm sure you'll be approached by projects soon.

    My university requires students to do internships, so I’m looking for opportunities at larger companies that could be recognized by my university’s policy…

I'd be excited to have such opportunities too as a HODLer who firmly believe decentralization is the future! My interests focus on DeFi, Blockchain Scalability, and Web 3. Is there any chance I can take?
